


One of our mechanics is Nick Tuck who recently completed his apprenticeship, finishing a Certificate in Heavy Automotive Engineering in Road Technology L4. With a large fleet of trucks and heavy machinery, Higgins has workshops across the country and a team of mechanics keeping our plant and equipment working efficiently. We have a variety of apprenticeship options to suit specialist roles across Higgins and Brian Perry Civil. Apprenticeship programmes are a large part of industry training and although traditionally apprenticeships are linked to trades such as plumbing and gas fitting, they are now an important part of early in career roles in the civil infrastructure and waters industries.
